FillPro

Fill any web form in one click. Privately.

Save your profile once. Click Fill Page on a job application, signup, checkout, or ticket form. FillPro does the boring part without sending your data anywhere.

Free includes 3 saved profiles. Public store links will appear here as each browser listing goes live.

Why people use it

Why people keep FillPro around.

  • Local-only. Profiles never leave your browser.
  • Skips the dangerous fields. Passwords, CVCs, SSNs, and OTPs are all skipped by design.
  • Works on real, weird, dynamic forms. Smart rules for the edge cases.

Features

What FillPro actually does.

Fill Page

One click fills every safe field on the current page using your selected profile.

On-page picker

Click any field, pick which profile value to drop into it. Useful when forms are weird.

Smart rules

Per-site overrides. "On this domain, my email is the work one." Local, scoped, simple.

Custom fields

Anything not in a default profile (LinkedIn URL, portfolio, dietary preference, T-shirt size) goes here.

Local file uploads

Attach your résumé, cover letter, or photo locally and FillPro will offer them on file inputs.

Right-click capture

"Save current form as profile" via the context menu, no manual typing.

Supported browsers

Browser rollout and listing status.

Anything Chromium-based can use the Chrome build once the public listing is live. Firefox gets a native build with the same local-first approach.

Chrome

Primary Manifest V3 build. The public Chrome Web Store listing link will be added here when it is live.

Chrome listing in progress.

Microsoft Edge

The Edge build follows the same product surface and release notes. Native Edge Add-ons publishing comes after the main Chrome listing.

Edge Add-ons listing planned next.

Firefox

Native Firefox build with the same local-only position and the same boundaries around sensitive fields.

Firefox Add-ons listing is still being finalized.

Brave, Opera, Vivaldi, Arc

All Chromium-based. Once the Chrome listing is live, these browsers can use that same build.

How it works

From saved profile to filled form.

  1. Step 1: Save your profile in the popup (or right-click on a form to capture it).
  2. Step 2: Add custom fields, smart rules, or local uploads if you need them.
  3. Step 3: Click Fill Page or use the keyboard shortcut. Done.

What FillPro skips

By design.

  • Passwords (use a password manager)
  • Credit card numbers, CVCs (use your browser's secure payment)
  • SSNs, tax IDs, government identifiers
  • One-time codes (2FA / OTP)
  • CAPTCHA / anti-bot challenges
  • Cross-origin payment iframes

FAQ

Common questions.

Does FillPro send my data anywhere?

No. Profiles, rules, and uploads stay in your browser. The only network call FillPro makes is to ExtensionPay (Stripe) when you choose to upgrade.

How is this different from LastPass or Dashlane?

Those are password managers that also do autofill. FillPro is autofill only and stores nothing remotely. They fill credentials; FillPro fills everything else (name, address, phone, custom fields, uploads, per-site rules).

What about Chrome's built-in autofill?

Chrome autofill is fine for basic fields but tied to your Google account, doesn't handle custom fields, can't do per-site rules, and skips many dynamic forms. FillPro covers those.

Does it work on job application sites like Workday or Greenhouse?

It works on most accessible HTML forms. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and similar sites work well. Workday is trickier because of its custom widgets, but smart rules handle a lot of it and the rest can still be filled manually.

Can I export my profiles?

Pro includes JSON import/export so you can move profiles between browsers or back them up.

What if I uninstall it?

Extension storage gets removed by the browser. Export first if you want to keep your profiles.
