Short version: what you save in FillPro stays in the extension on your device. I do not sell it, upload it, or quietly collect form values behind your back.
How data works here
What FillPro stores, skips, and sends.
What gets saved
- Profile data: names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other fields you enter into profiles.
- Captured form data: values saved when you choose Save current form.
- Attached uploads: local file copies used for matching upload inputs you choose to fill.
- Smart rules: custom match patterns and values for awkward field names.
- Usage counters: free-tier profile count state stored locally.
What FillPro will not save or fill
Passwords, payment card numbers, CVCs, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, government identifiers, and one-time codes are off-limits by design. FillPro is not trying to be a password manager or a vault for sensitive data.
What leaves your browser
Your saved data does not leave your device. The only exceptions are:
- Billing: if you upgrade to Pro, ExtensionPay and Stripe handle the payment. I never see your card details.
- Support: if you use the support form, you can either send the message directly from the site or prepare it in your own mail app or webmail composer. Direct send delivers it to my inbox without opening your email app.
Deleting your data
Your saved profiles, rules, and uploads stay on your device until you remove them. I cannot inspect them or delete them remotely because that data does not sync to me.
- Delete profiles inside FillPro.
- Uninstall the extension to remove extension-managed storage.
- Delete exported files separately if you saved them outside the extension.
Optional diagnostics
If you use the feedback flow, FillPro can prepare an email draft with optional diagnostics you choose to include. That may contain page title, site path, visible field metadata, framework hints, browser details, and extension version. It does not include field values.
Permissions
FillPro asks for a small set of permissions because that is all it needs to work.
