Need a hand with FillPro?

Start with the quick checks below. If one field still misses, send the page, its label, and what you expected. You do not need to send the value itself.

Send the details we can check.

Send the page URL, browser, field label, what happened, and what should have happened. Leave passwords, cards, and saved profile values out.

Quick checks

Try these five quick checks.

  1. Open the page you want to fill, then open FillPro from the extension icon or side panel.
  2. Pick the correct profile before filling, especially if you use work, personal, and applicant profiles.
  3. If the site has tabs, accordions, or a multi-step form, open the section before filling it.
  4. If a dropdown is searchable, open it once and try FillPro again.
  5. If the page changes after login or after a first step, refresh the page and run FillPro again.

Common questions

Short answers before you contact support.

Why did FillPro miss a field?

The field may be hidden, loaded after the page opens, or labeled in an unusual way. Open the form section, try again, then add a narrow Smart Rule if the label still needs help.

Where do I manage or restore Pro?

Open FillPro and find the plan card below your profiles. Use Manage billing for an active subscription, Update billing after a failed renewal, or Try again if the billing check was interrupted. To recover Pro on another browser or profile, open the Pro window and choose Restore purchase.

How do I report a bad fill?

Send the page type, field name, what happened, what you expected, and your browser version if you know it. Keep sensitive values out of the report.

Billing

Manage Pro or get access back.

Start with the plan card inside FillPro. If it cannot restore access, send the purchase email and plan name. Never send card details.

Privacy

Keep private values out of support mail.

A page URL and field label are normally enough. Remove profiles inside FillPro when you no longer need them.
