Support

FillPro support that gets to the point.

If a form fills badly, send the page, field label, and what should have happened. Try the quick checks below first; they fix the common misses.

What FillPro is built for.

Names, contact details, profile links, company fields, messages, uploads, dropdowns, checkboxes, and the repeated fields around everyday work forms.

Quick checks

Try these before filing a report.

  1. Open the page you want to fill, then open FillPro from the extension icon or side panel.
  2. Pick the correct profile before filling, especially if you use work, personal, and applicant profiles.
  3. If the site has tabs, accordions, or a multi-step form, open the section before filling it.
  4. If a dropdown is searchable, click into it once and try FillPro again.
  5. If the page changes after login or after a first step, refresh the page and run FillPro again.

Form support

Where FillPro should work.

Modern form pages

Multi-step forms, searchable dropdowns, popups, date fields, fields that appear late, and pages that update while you type.

Repeat work forms

Job applications, intake forms, demo requests, vendor signups, customer onboarding, profile pages, and internal admin forms.

Files and profiles

Resume-style uploads, CSVs, spreadsheets, saved profiles, custom fields, field-learning suggestions, import, export, and undo for the last fill.

Billing

Pro access, canceling, and refunds.

For billing help, send the purchase email, the plan, and what you need changed. Keep card details out of support email.

Privacy

Saved profiles stay with FillPro.

To clear profiles, remove them inside FillPro or uninstall the extension. Support email is separate, so keep reports short and leave private values out.
