What you are buying and how billing works.
These terms apply when you upgrade FillAhead to Pro. The free plan does not require payment.
Short version

- Monthly is $3.99 and renews each month until canceled.
- Yearly is $29.99 and renews each year until canceled.
- Cancel online from Manage billing inside FillAhead.
- First charges and renewal charges have a 14-day refund window.
Seller and checkout
Stealthy Apps sells FillAhead Pro.
Checkout
Checkout starts from Upgrade to Pro inside FillAhead. ExtensionPay manages the license and Stripe processes payment. The checkout page shows the final charge and any tax before you pay.
Receipt
Stripe or ExtensionPay sends the payment record to the billing email used at checkout. Keep that email if you may need to restore a purchase or request a refund.
Free
$0
Free includes 3 saved profiles, Fill Page, the side panel, Smart Rules, custom fields, upload matching, Undo, and profile export.
Pro
$3.99 monthly or $29.99 yearly
Pro raises the limit to 500 profiles and adds profile duplication and backup import. Monthly and yearly unlock the same features.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew until you cancel.
Monthly
The monthly plan renews at $3.99 each month, plus any tax shown at checkout, until canceled.
Yearly
The yearly plan renews at $29.99 each year, plus any tax shown at checkout, until canceled.
Cancel online
Open FillAhead, choose Manage billing, and cancel in the billing portal. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge. Access normally continues through the paid period unless a refund ends it sooner.
Compatibility
FillAhead works on supported desktop browsers.
Use the build distributed for Chrome, Edge, or Firefox on desktop. Browser-protected pages, cross-origin frames, CAPTCHAs, payment controls, operating-system file pickers, and some custom site widgets can limit what an extension can reach. FillAhead does not submit forms for you.
Your data
Canceling does not hold your profiles hostage.
After cancellation, saved profiles stay in the browser and existing profiles can still fill, export, or be deleted. Pro-only creation, duplication, and backup import return to the free-plan limits.
Refunds
A 14-day refund window.
Request a refund within 14 days of a first Pro charge or an automatic renewal charge. The full process is on the refund page.
Support
Billing help from a person.
Send the billing email, charge date, and plan. Do not send a full card number, CVC, password, one-time code, or saved profile values.
Legal terms
Consumer rights still apply.
FillAhead is licensed for personal or business use by the buyer. Do not resell, repackage, or impersonate FillAhead. The service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but uninterrupted operation on every website cannot be promised because browsers and websites change independently.
These terms do not remove rights that consumer law does not allow a seller to exclude. Maine law governs where local law permits, while mandatory consumer protections in your home country or state continue to apply.
Terms effective August 24, 2026. Material changes apply only after they are posted and, where required, disclosed before they affect an existing subscription.
