Cancel a subscription
Open Skip Retyping, choose Manage billing, and cancel in the ExtensionPay billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Pro normally stays active through the paid period.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancel online. Ask for a refund without a runaround.
Monthly and yearly plans can be canceled from the billing portal. Eligible first charges, lifetime purchases, and subscription renewals can be refunded within 14 days.
What to send
- The billing email used at checkout.
- The charge date.
- Monthly, yearly, or lifetime plan.
- No card number, CVC, password, or profile values.
Request a refund
Contact billing support within 14 days of a first Pro charge or an automatic renewal charge. You do not need to give a reason.
After a refund
The refund returns to the original payment method. Pro access may end when the refund is processed, while saved profiles remain available under the free-plan rules.
Charge problems
Duplicate or unrecognized charge?
Contact billing support before opening a chargeback when practical. A duplicate eligible charge will be refunded. For an unrecognized charge, include only the billing email, date, amount, and the last 4 digits shown on the receipt if available.
Timing
What happens next.
Billing support aims to reply within 2 business days. Once approved, Stripe returns the payment to the original method. Your bank controls when the credit appears and may take several business days.
After 14 days
Faulty service and legal rights.
If Skip Retyping Pro was materially faulty or not supplied as described, contact support even after 14 days. This policy does not limit refund, repair, or cancellation rights that apply under consumer law.

Use the billing form.
The form adds Skip Retyping to the subject so the request reaches the right queue. Keep the message short and leave out private profile values.
